I'm Amy, a sports massage therapist based at Crossfit Monarch.

Outside of work I enjoy Crossfit myself so I understand the physical demands of an active lifestyle. I also regularly help clients suffering with aches and pains from long hours at a desk.

My focus is always the same: helping you to feel more comfortable in your body and move with confidence.
